MPD operates on a tried and tested process while utilizing state-of-the-art Process Automation working in a secure digital environment for maximum security and efficiency.

Our processors do not have access to borrower or broker information outside of our secure VDI environment. Designed to protect and safeguard borrowers personally identifiable information. Additionally, our processors are not permitted to bring personal electronics to their workspace for added measure.

Borrowers, loan originators and brokers are provided with a secure portal with password-protected logins and a specific email address to provide documentation that contains personal data securely. Or we can work in your environment for your convenience.

Dedicated Loan Processors

Each loan originator will have a dedicated loan processor for their transaction who will maintain constant communication via email during the process. Since the documentation requirements are so specific, it’s essential to communicate the details in writing.

After receiving the loan application package from the originator, MPD’s knowledgeable loan processors will review documents provided for completeness and compliance with state and federal regulations. Our highly qualified loan processors will pre-underwriting your file and determine what the lender will require to obtain the full and final loan approval. Working with the borrower, our goal is to fully prepare and submit a well-documented loan application with all the necessary supporting documents for underwriting as complete as possible for a successful closing.

Our Goals for MLO’s and Borrowers

Our goal throughout the transaction is to ensure that the borrower is ready to close on the contract closing date. We will work diligently to clear all lender loan conditions and requirements, so that the closing may proceed as scheduled, stress and hassle-free.

What We Stress To Our Brokers, Loan Officers and Borrowers
  1. Communication is KEY to mutual success!
    1. Borrowers to respond quickly to all requests for documentation or information
    2. Broker(s) and Loan Officers to respond without delay and provide additional borrower follow up to keep the process flowing smoothly.
  2. Borrowers must respond to all E-Sign requests from the lender immediately to avoid delays in the process.
  3. Borrowers are required to refrain from making any changes to their current financial position.
    1. Do not open new lines of credit
      1. No new credit cards
      2. No new store cards
      3. No new leases
      4. No home improvements on installments such as Solar or whole house water filtration systems etc.
    2. Do not close any existing lines of credit
    3. Do not pay off any open balances on lines of credit
    4. Do not purchase a new vehicle or other large items
    5. Do not quit your job
    6. Do not co-sign any loans
  4. Before any change, please review with your originator and loan processor
  5. Always provide ALL Pages of any documentation requested, even if the page is blank.
    1. Always provide legible documents
    2. Always provide pages in the correct order else it slows down the processing of the loan
    3. If documents are scanned all four corners must be clearly visible and not cut off.
  6. Do not alter documents with white out or redactions.
